Licensed Therapist (Psychotherapist, Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC)

Role Summary

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high‑quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence‑based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio‑psycho‑social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence‑based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week (W‑2 Full Time)
• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week (W‑2 Part Time)
• Provide a minimum scheduling availability for a caseload of 15 clients per week (1099 Independent Contractor)
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Compensation & Benefits

• LMFT, LPC, LCSW – W2: $45‑$50/hour | 1099: $63‑$65/hour
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) – W2: $60‑$70/hour | 1099: $75‑$85/hour
