Silver Lake Psychology is a therapist‑owned private practice providing high‑quality psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and high‑functioning adults from diverse backgrounds. We prioritize meaningful therapist‑client relationships through curated client matching, clinical autonomy, and a practice model that values quality care over volume.

Role Summary

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high‑quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence‑based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio‑psycho‑social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence‑based modalities
• Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• W‑2 Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week
• W‑2 Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week
• 1099 Independent Contractor: Provide a minimum scheduling availability for a caseload of 15 clients per week
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Compensation & Benefits

• LPC - W‑2: $43‑$49/hour; LCSW - W‑2: $45‑$50/hour; LPC, LCSW 1099: $60‑$65/hour
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - W‑2: $60‑$68/hour; 1099: $70‑$80/hour

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in Tennessee
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong background in evidence‑based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
