MHM Solutions, a Centurion company, is seeking a full-time Licensed Psychology Manager to join our team at SCI-Fayette in La Belle, PA. The role focuses on clinical leadership, program coordination, and supervision of psychology staff in a correctional environment.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD or PsyD in psychology with PA license (or pending) and has 1.5 years of licensed practice; CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in an accredited psychology program.
• PA Psychology license or eligibility/temporary permit.
• 1.5 years of licensed psychologist experience.
• Clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Corrections experience a plus.
• Active CPR card.
• Credentialing and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative guidance and mental health leadership for clinical services.
• Coordinate clinical needs and oversee assessment and treatment of mental disorders in a correctional setting.
• Supervise psychology staff and manage psychology programs.
• Assist with credentialing and program coordination as needed.
