Job summary

The Licensed Psychologist at Middlesex Health will provide direct care within a multidisciplinary Mental Health Clinic, delivering individual, couples, family, and group therapy, plus assessments and testing. Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D) required.
• Valid clinical license in Connecticut.
• Ability to diagnose using DSM-5.
• Experience providing direct clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and coordinate services for children, adolescents, adults and families.
• Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
• Administer psychological testing and neuropsychological testing.
• Document in electronic records and ensure timely biopsychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and external partners.
• Supervise psychology trainees in accordance with ABA compliance.
• Participate in our high-risk program.
