Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required and valid clinical licensure in Connecticut.
• Ability to diagnose using DSM-5 criteria.
• Experience providing direct clinical care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Participates in direct care to assess needs and coordinate services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Provides initial mental health assessments resulting in measurement-based care planning.
• Provides brief, solution-focused therapy.
• Provides group psychoeducation/treatment for specific diagnoses or presenting issues.
• Provides psychological/neuropsychological testing to patients referred.
• Participates in care coordination and maintains scheduling in electronic records.
• Delivers therapeutic services to patients and families.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members and external partners.
• Completes biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning in a timely manner.
• Participates in high-risk program.
• Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment to patients, including LGBTQ+ community.
• Supervises psychology trainees in accordance with ABA compliance.
