Job summary

Thriveworks Clinical - California, P.C. seeks licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to clients in a hybrid setting of telehealth and in-person sessions in Thousand Oaks, CA. A ramp stipend is offered for 30+ hours of weekly availability.

You must be independently licensed in California (PsyD or PhD) and able to conduct at least 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly. We support credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training, plus benefits and a vibrant clinical community.

Qualifications

• Independent California-licensed clinician with PsyD or PhD.
• Availability for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours.
• Comfort with telehealth and modern clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via hybrid telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with care teams while credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training are managed for you.
