Next STEPS Worldwide, located in Arlington, TX, is seeking a Licensed Psychologist for our in-person outpatient clinic. The role focuses on assessments and therapy within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Texas.
• Prior outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments.
• Strong communication, cultural competency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and consultation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver services using evidence-based practices and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Serve a diverse client population including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Participate in program development to enhance service delivery across the clinic.
• Engage and motivate clients, including those hesitant about therapy.
