As a Licensed Psychologist Manager, you will plan, organize, and direct the psychological services program at SCI Dallas. You will develop new policies and perform psychological evaluations of inmates. You will supervise and work with psychological staff performing individual and group counseling and other therapeutic services that supportshort and long term psychological treatment objectives. This role requires effective communication to collaborate with staff from psychiatric services and behavioral management as well as a general desire to promote daily living and social interaction improvement of inmates. In addition, you will chair the Psychiatric Review Team, participate in the Clinical Review Team for suicides and attempted suicides, and maintain security and custody control standards.
