Cumberland Family Medical Center (CFMC) in Versailles, KY seeks a Licensed Psychologist to provide assessments, diagnosis, and psychotherapy within a family medicine setting. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated, patient-centered care and advance mental health services across CFMC sites.

The role requires APA-accredited internship completion, post-doctoral experience, and a current license.

Qualifications

• APA-accredited internship completed.
• Post-doctoral experience in a relevant setting (e.g., family medicine, integrated care).
• Experience conducting psychological assessments.
• Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy to diverse populations.
• Experience working with individuals and families with a range of mental health concerns.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychological assessments using interviews, testing, and observations to diagnose conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and behavioral disorders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and social workers for integrated patient care.
• Maintain confidential patient records and progress notes per guidelines.
• Stay current with research and best practices in psychology.
• Participate in professional development and licensure maintenance.
• Contribute to program development and a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines including confidentiality and patient rights.
