West Hartford Holistic Counseling (WHHC) is seeking a Connecticut-licensed psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join our established, supportive private practice in West Hartford. You will engage in high-quality psychotherapy with diverse clients within a collaborative team environment.

We offer a hybrid schedule, substantial leadership opportunities, and a strong referral network, plus administrative support to help you grow clinically and professionally.

Qualifikationen

• Holds an active Connecticut psychologist license.
• Passionate about providing high-quality, relationship-centered psychotherapy.

• Demonstrates emotional maturity, self-awareness, and excellent communication skills.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and collaboration.
• Interested in supervision or leadership opportunities is welcomed but not required.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy based on clinical expertise.
• Maintain an established clinical caseload, with a full-time minimum of 25 client hours per week.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, client-centered care.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with Connecticut licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in clinical consultation.
• Contribute to a supportive, professional team culture.
• Optionally provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians.
• Explore leadership, mentorship, and program development opportunities based on professional interests.
