Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CT licensure as Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, APRN (psychiatric), or PA.
• Clinical skills in psychotherapy, diagnostic assessment, and treatment planning.
• Accurate documentation in an EHR and management of an outpatient caseload.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Experience with telehealth or hybrid care models.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services including diagnostic evaluations.
• Deliver individual and family or group psychotherapy when appropriate.
• Maintain caseload and document sessions in the EHR.
• Coordinate care with prescribers and multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor treatment progress and safety; participate in case consultations.
• Educate clients about treatment options and collaborate on goals.
