Qualifikationen

• Independently licensed and living in Virginia— Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
• Be consistently available to clients for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse clients, including couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident using telehealth and EHR tools.
• A reliable teammate who contributes to a clinical community.

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Maintain flexible scheduling across seven days a week, 7 a.m.–10 p.m. ET.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
