Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Centerville/Springboro OH is hiring a Licensed Psychologist to expand access to quality care. You will maintain a caseload, supervise trainees, and sign off on notes for pre-licensed staff, aligned with our values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

This role offers a hybrid schedule, full or part-time options, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, PTO, healthcare, dental and vision.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist in OH required.
• Prior supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services within 24 hours.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus) including collection of co-payments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system.
• Maintain a caseload of clients.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events.
