Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in San Diego, California. Licensed clinicians offering 30+ hours per week are eligible for a competitive ramp stipend.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and residing in California (Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)).
• Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Positive team contributor.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and face-to-face sessions, manage caseloads, and participate in clinical community interactions.

Compensation

Up to $138,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other benefits.

What We Offer
