Qualifications

• Licenses must be in Virginia and include:
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation

Up to $126,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• See a minimum of 25 sessions per week
• Engage in true partnership and collaborative practice
• Open to seeing couples and/or children as a behavioral health generalist (support provided)
• Demonstrate self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours
• Show integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a high quality of care
• Collaborate professionally with the team and support ongoing development
