About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians in Cambridge, MA to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care using a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. You may be a good fit if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts – Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Comfortable using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A positive teammate who contributes to building a clinical community

Compensation

Up to $158,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full‑time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer‑sponsored benefits.
