About The Job

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Boston, Massachusetts. Eligible clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week may receive a competitive ramp stipend.

About The Role

As a licensed clinician, you will provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to over 175,000 clients nationwide. You may be a good fit if you are:

• Independently licensed and residing in Massachusetts – Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
• Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with at least 30 hours of weekly availability
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate who values positive contributions to our clinical community

Compensation

Up to $158,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full‑time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer‑sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on delivering exceptional care. You will receive paid orientation and training, build a full caseload within 90 days, and have flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
