Job summary

San Andreas Regional Center seeks a licensed Clinical or Educational Psychologist to ensure psychological information informs eligibility determinations for regional center applicants. You will review records, interview applicants and collaterals, and contribute to multidisciplinary reports to support services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Required Doctorate in Clinical or Educational Psychology and California license; minimum two years' experience with autism/IDD.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical or Educational Psychology and CA license required.
• Minimum two years experience with developmentally disabled populations.
• Strong ability to relate to clients, families, and professionals in a collaborative manner.
• Knowledge of psychological tests and interpretation; ability to write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Review diagnostic reports and records to determine eligibility.
• Interview and observe applicants and collaterals to gather information for eligibility decisions.
• Provide psychology services for developmentally disabled individuals and contribute to multidisciplinary assessments.
• Participate in the agency's diagnostic and consultation teams.
• Assist in development and evaluation of programs for the developmentally disabled.
