Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to lead our evaluation services for children suspected of having autism. This role focuses on conducting standardized assessments and writing diagnostic reports to support accurate identification and intervention planning.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate in clinical, counseling or school psychology and is licensed (TX listed) with multi-state eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in clinical, counseling or school psychology required.
• Fully licensed as a Psychologist in at least one state (TX license specified) and eligible for multi-state licensure.
• Experience with psychological assessment of children, especially autism and developmental differences.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct standardized assessments for autism evaluations.
• Write diagnostic evaluation reports based on interpretation of test results.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams as part of the evaluation process.
