Job summary

Reliatus seeks a high-level Licensed Clinical Psychologist specialized in Autism & Diagnostic Assessments to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This role is slated for a May 2026 start, perfect for clinicians completing fellowships or planning a career transition.

This role focuses on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents (ages 1–21). The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in neurodevelopmental disorders and is passionate about mentorship and the Virginia

Qualifications

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
Active Virginia license or eligibility by endorsement.
Minimum 3 years of autism assessment experience; 2+ years post-licensure preferred.
Proficiency with digital scoring platforms and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Virginia mandated reporting laws and ethics.

Responsibilities

Administer and interpret autism diagnostic tools (ADOS-2, ADI-R) and related measures.
Perform differential diagnoses between ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and other neurodevelopmental profiles.
Create comprehensive family-centered diagnostic reports with actionable recommendations.
Provide diagnostic feedback sessions and mentor junior clinicians.
