Overview

The Licensed Psychologist – Psychological Assessment is a clinical position focused on the evaluation, interpretation, and integration of psychological testing data to support accurate diagnosis and clinical clarity. Reporting directly to the Associate Medical Director, this role is designed for psychologists who specialize in assessment work and prefer a structured, sustainable clinical model without ongoing psychotherapy responsibilities. This role is ideal for psychologists who enjoy assessment work and want a structured, sustainable alternative to private practice without long‑term therapy caseloads.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $52.70–$62.50 per hour.

Compensation is hourly and includes time spent on:

  • Assessment interpretation
  • Psychological report writing
  • Feedback sessionsMeetings and required administrative time

Workload expectations are intentionally designed to be sustainable and aligned with paid time.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Assessment Interpretation: Interpret psychological, neuropsychological, and cognitive testing data administered by trained psychometrists.
  • Diagnostic Formulation: Integrate testing results with clinical interviews, background history, and collateral information to develop accurate diagnoses.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Deliver clear, compassionate feedback sessions and produce integrated psychological evaluation reports with meaningful recommendations.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Collaborate with psychometrists, report support staff, and clinical leadership to ensure clinical accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with licensing, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct 20–22 assessment‑related clinical contacts per week, including interpretation and feedback sessions.
  • 12-15 hours per week to support output of 4-5 finalized reports per week.
  • 5 hours per week for meetings, administrative tasks, coordination, and breaks.
  • Role includes interpretation, report writing, and feedback sessions.
  • Testing administration and in‑office logistics handled by dedicated psychometrists.
