SonderMind Inc. is seeking licensed psychiatrists in Texas to practice with clinical autonomy while we manage billing, credentialing, and referrals. Work is offered on a full-time or part-time basis as a 1099 contract, with guaranteed bi-weekly pay and access to AI-assisted tools and scheduling support.

You can host office-based, telemedicine, or adopt a hybrid model with flexible scheduling. Compensation is hourly, with newer clinicians paid bi-weekly.

Pay: up to $290 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type and session types.
