MHM Services of California, a Centurion company, seeks a Licensed Psychiatric Technician for Patton State Hospital in San Bernardino, CA. This part-time night shift role (Fri–Sun, 2:45pm–11:15pm) provides basic behavioral and psychiatric nursing care and supports rehabilitation of forensic clients.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid BVNPT license, knowledge of medical terminology and First Aid, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Possession of a valid BVNPT license is required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and First Aid methods.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic behavioral and psychiatric nursing care to forensic clients.
• Observe and intervene on behavior that may injure people or signal risk.
• Escort individuals into the facility and perform searches for safety.
• Inspect mail and facilities for contraband and safety breaches.
