Job summary

Pleasant Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor for a full-time role within a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. You will oversee treatment planning, monitor progress, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with site visits.

Strong PRP experience, CARF knowledge, and appropriate licensure are required. The role includes crisis intervention, client documentation maintenance, and growth through marketing of new clients monthly.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP).
• Must be familiar with CARF policies.
• State DLA-20 training certification is required.
• License requirements: LCPC, LCSW-C or CPRP.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures that rehabilitation services meet the needs of the individuals.
• Oversee the treatment planning and monitoring of progress for the caseloads of all rehabilitation coordinators.
• Assist the Program Director to ensure that all client documentation is up to date per regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Program Director in leading site visits conducted by regulatory bodies.
• Monitor all clients' charts for compliance with current regulatory body standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and problem‑solving for clients as needed.
• Ensure that all client documentation is up to date per regulatory requirements.
• Perform all compliance issues as they apply to care regulations.
• Marketing of 3 new clients monthly to grow the business.
