Foster Fuels, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Propane Lead Technician to install, test, and service propane systems and appliances in Lovingston, VA. The role requires training and leading other technicians, performing maintenance, and ensuring on-site safety.

Extended and on-call hours are expected as part of service operations. The position offers a salary of $28.00 to $33.00 per hour DOE, with full-time benefits and opportunities to grow within a safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Journeyman or Master Gas Fitter's License.
• Ability to lead and train service technicians.
• Punctual, flexible and able to maintain a regular schedule.
• CDL Class B with endorsements or willing to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Train and develop service technicians.
• Install propane tanks and appliances at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance, gas leak checks, pressure checks, and ensure proper operation of systems.
• Safely communicate with the Service Manager about installations and timing.
