Job summary

360X Staffing is seeking a licensed Project Architect in Maitland, FL to lead delivery across a busy commercial backlog. You will drive projects from design coordination through permitting and construction administration, collaborating with多discipline teams and clients.

The role requires a Florida-licensed architect with 5+ years of related experience and strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, ready to mentor junior staff and coordinate with AHJs and consultants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
• Active RA license in good standing (FL license or NCARB reciprocity).
• 5+ years of progressive architectural project experience in commercial/retail/multi-site rollouts.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; strong knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural project delivery, ensuring high technical quality and code compliance.
• Serve as main technical contact for clients, general contractors, and AHJs.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary drawing sets with internal and external consultants.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers and drafters in CD production (Revit).
• Direct construction administration, review submittals, RFIs, and field visits.
