Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a New Journeys Program Supervisor in the Tacoma, WA area for a hybrid role. You will lead a team of up to six staff, provide on‑the‑job training, coordinate client care, and collaborate with community resources to support individuals aged 15–40 facing psychosis.

The position offers a competitive salary ($82,000–$96,000/year), a sign‑on bonus, flexible scheduling, and partial remote options.

Qualifications

• Licensed in WA state (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or LAAC).
• Fingerprinting and background checks must be satisfactory.

We\'re looking for a dynamic and compassionate New Journeys Program Supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees. In this key role, you\’ll provide hands‑on leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high standard of care for clients aged 15‑40 facing psychosis and related challenges. This is your opportunity to lead a meaningful program that changes lives, while also developing your skills in program management, staff leadership, and community collaboration. Our New Journeys program staff work directly with clients and their families to assess needs, connect with vital community resources, educate about psychosis, and teach vital skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem‑solving. Will see clients in the field or office.

Location is in Tacoma WA area. Hybrid role at home and office.
