We are seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented support and case management services to residents of long-term care facilities and their families. Opportunities may exist for future transition to providing counseling services. We care for individuals in long-term care settings, addressing issues from anxiety and depression to severe mental illness and end-of-life concerns. As part of a multidisciplinary team, our clinicians significantly impact residents' quality of life by solving problems, delivering clinical care, and serving as a critical link in their care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications/Education:
Master’s degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy, with eligibility for state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
