MTC Care is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a hybrid 32 hrs/wk, full-time position. You will provide individual and group psychotherapy to adults and seniors in skilled nursing or assisted living settings, with an established caseload and strong earning potential.

You will collaborate with facility staff, complete screenings, and develop tailored treatment plans while benefiting from comprehensive training and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Formación

• Must hold a valid LPC license to practice and bill independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clinical and facility teams.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Licensed Professional Counselor with the ability to practice and bill independently
• Active license to practice in State(s) where MTC Care operates
• Significant experience in treating adult and/or senior patient population, particularly with patients exhibiting severe persistent mental illness
• Strong communication skills and cultural humility

*Salaries starting at $73K+ bonus for Full-time 32hrs/wk*
