Job summary

MTC Care in Keene, NH is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a hybrid 32 hrs/wk full-time role. The social worker will provide psychotherapy, screenings, and treatment planning for adults and seniors within skilled nursing/assisted living settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and active licensure to practice.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work
