- Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

We will rely on your expertise to:
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Provide excellent care, collaborate with a dynamic team, and utilize creativity in interventions.
- Prepare and submit documentation for each session.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively, familiarity with diverse clients, and ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Valuable Qualifications:
- Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty area of practice.
