Job summary

Vital HealthCare Solutions is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for full-time, flexible scheduling with no weekends or on-call. You will join a dedicated Psychology Department serving skilled nursing and assisted living communities across the Northeast.

Deliver individual psychotherapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with psychology and psychiatry teams.

Qualifications

• Active LPC license is required.
• Experience in geriatric mental health, long-term care or behavioral health is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with psychology and psychiatry teams and facility staff.
• Deliver psychotherapy using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Collaborate with Psychology and Psychiatry teams to provide integrated care.

We’re currently expanding our Psychology Department and seeking aLicensed Professional Counselor(LPC) who is ready to bring their clinical expertise, empathy, and passion for helping others into a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individual psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based practices

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs

• Collaborate with our Psychology and Psychiatry team, as well as facility-based medical and facility staff, to provide integrated care

• Work with a diverse population presenting a wide range of emotional and behavioral health needs—ideal for clinicians eager to grow and diversify their practice
