Vital HealthCare Solutions is expanding its Psychology Department to include Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who provide compassionate behavioral health care to geriatric and long-term care populations. The role emphasizes evidence-based psychotherapy, comprehensive evaluations, and collaborative care with Psychology, Psychiatry, and facility staff.

• Active LCSW or LPC license (required).
• Experience in geriatric mental health, long-term care, or behavioral health (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with Psychology and Psychiatry team, and facility staff to provide integrated care.
• Work with a diverse population presenting a wide range of emotional and behavioral health needs.

We’re currently expanding our Psychology Department and seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who are ready to bring their clinical expertise, empathy, and passion for helping others into a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:
