Job summary

LifeStance Health in Irving, TX is seeking licensed therapists to join our growing clinical team. The role supports 100% outpatient care in a group practice, with hybrid work—two days in the office and the rest remote from home.

You must be fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas and capable of seeing children and adults. We offer above-market compensation with uncapped earnings, a comprehensive benefits package, and dedicated administrative support.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking LCSWs that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Texas. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Hybrid 2 days in office. The rest of the days will be remote from home.
• Needs to be able to see children and up.
