Qualifications

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience providing direct clinical services in a community health or outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
