Lacamas Counseling in Camas, WA seeks a fully licensed clinician to join our team, offering autonomy within a collaborative professional community. Provide direct counseling to adults and couples aligned with your specialties, build a caseload, and participate in group consultations.

We value clinicians with expertise in Veterans, First Responders, EMDR, EFT, Gottman, Addictions, and related areas. In-person work at our Camas office with one telehealth day per week is available.

Qualifications

• Active WA license to practice independently.
• Experience or training in listed clinical areas is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, ethics, and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling to adults, couples, and other populations aligned with one's clinical specialties.
• Build a caseload reflecting one's clinical interests, expertise, and goals.
• Participate in group consultation and peer collaboration.
• Contribute to a healthy, connected, and collaborative team culture.
• Work primarily in-person at our Camas, Washington office with one telehealth day per week.
