This role is fully remote. You will deliver mental health counseling services on the HIPAA-compliant platform via the Internet.

Calmerry offers you the ability to connect with clients via asynchronous text and live video sessions. You can conduct online therapy sessions with clients safely. All information is protected.

As a remote mental health professional, you will help people make healthy lifestyle choices and achieve their goals to lead happy, fulfilling lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Take a proactive role in therapy sessions.
2. Explain what is expected from the client to have a fruitful therapy.
3. Ask questions about the subject of the therapy.
4. Conduct video sessions with clients at mutually convenient times.
5. Create a therapy plan, defining short- and long-term goals.
6. Provide tools to help clients self-soothe or manage their issues between sessions.
7. Assign homework for clients to complete between sessions.
8. Offer immediate support when needed.
9. Identify unhealthy behavioral patterns or recurring issues.
10. Respond to clients at least once daily.
