Licensed Therapist Opportunity with Stability, Support, and Growth

We are seeking an outstanding, fully licensed therapist to join a collaborative private practice team. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values stability, teamwork, professional growth, and delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Fully licensed clinician in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private practice.
• Strong interest in working as part of a collaborative clinical team.

• Experience managing a small caseload or more is a plus.

Schedule and Caseload

The practice offers appointment availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The selected clinician will be expected to complete 28 sessions, with daily scheduling typically ranging from 2 to 3 sessions depending on practice needs and client demand.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is flexible, coachable, and highly collaborative. We are looking for someone who is open to learning the practice’s preferred approach, welcomes feedback, and can adapt thoughtfully rather than relying on one fixed style of practice.

Candidates should also be open to expanding their clinical scope. For example, a therapist with experience primarily in family and couples work should be willing to grow into work with children, while a therapist focused on children and families should be open to developing experience with couples.

Credentialing and Start Timeline

After a candidate is selected and accepts the offer, the anticipated start date will be approximately two months later to allow time for the practice’s credentialing process. Because of this timeline, we are looking to identify the right candidate as soon as possible.
