Position Overview

Headway is seeking Remote Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to support mental health practitioners across the United States. This role offers flexible hours, the ability to work remotely via telehealth, and support in building or expanding your private practice.

Compensation

Base pay range: $95.00/hr - $122.00/hr. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians in accepting insurance and managing billing and administrative tasks.
• Support clinicians in scheduling and caseload management.
• Provide marketing support and patient referrals to grow caseloads.
• Verify client insurance benefits automatically to facilitate access to care.

• Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, or LPCC-S) in your state.
• Valid NPI number.
• Malpractice insurance.
