Job summary

Gillispie Counseling Services in Duncan, Oklahoma, is seeking mental health professionals to join our outpatient team. We welcome licensed clinicians and licensure candidates for LPC, LCSW, and LMFT roles, with NHSC loan repayment opportunities and supportive supervision.

You will provide high-quality assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and care coordination, while our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, credentialing, and enrollment to let you focus on

Qualifications

• Required licensure: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT as applicable; NHSC eligibility preferred.
• Candidate may include licensure candidates working toward independent licensure.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services, including assessments, treatment planning, individual and/or family therapy, clinical documentation, care coordination, and other services within your professional scope of practice.
• Engage with clients to support recovery in a clinical environment and collaborate with the administrative team for scheduling and coordination.

Gillispie Counseling Services is an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site seeking mental health professionals to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Duncan, Oklahoma.

Fully licensed, eligible clinicians may apply for NHSC student loan repayment programs. NHSC loan repayment eligibility is subject to current federal program requirements and is not guaranteed by employment.

Licensure candidates and new graduates are also encouraged to apply for our available counseling positions. While candidates who have not yet obtained the level of licensure required by NHSC are not eligible for NHSC loan repayment, Gillispie Counseling Services provides an opportunity to begin building your professional career in a supportive clinical environment.

Our administrative team provides support with:

• Building and maintaining your caseload

Your primary responsibility is your clients and your clinical documentation.
