Clinicians specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, school-related concerns, and stress management. Role Description The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide individual and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults within a family-centered framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating care with other members of the clinical team. The counselor will utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, participate in case consultations, and collaborate with families, schools, and community providers as appropriate. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Denville, NJ, with a mix of in-office sessions and some work-from-home flexibility for telehealth and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent state-recognized clinical license in New Jersey; eligibility for independent practice strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, including familiarity with family systems work.
