Job Description

We are seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient services via our telehealth platform. Our team works 100% remotely from home.

• W2, Full-time position
• Compensation includes a base salary plus bonus, ranging from $68k-$75k, with earning potential up to $100k
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends; shifts options include 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm EDT
• Liability insurance covered; annual stipend for growth and education
• Additional compensation for bilingual candidates (Spanish)
• We partner with commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plans, serving patients across the lifespan

Requirements

• Master's degree and valid licensure
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
• Meet background and regulatory requirements
