LifeStance Health in Encinitas, CA is seeking licensed therapists (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW) to join our clinical team. You will provide therapy for adults and/or children/adolescents, delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare with a focus on work-life balance.

We offer a $118,000–$135,000 compensation package, sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, full benefits, and strong administrative support in a modern office setting.

Qualifications
