LifeStance Health in Encinitas is actively seeking licensed therapists (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW) to join our clinical team. Join a nationwide provider focused on accessible, evidence-based mental healthcare.

CA licensure is required, with experience serving adult and/or child/adolescent populations. We offer a sign-on bonus, competitive compensation ranging from $118,000 to $135,000, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits.

• Fully licensed LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
• CA state license required.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

Responsabilités
