Milestone Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Primary Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy for clients in substance use and mental health treatment. You will develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and respond to crises within a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and licensure (LPC/LCSW/LSW/LCADC) or be actively pursuing it. Experience in PHP/IOP/outpatient settings is preferred.

Formación

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related behavioral health field.
• Active or pending LPC, LCSW, LSW, or LCADC licensure preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, substance use, mental health, PHP/IOP/outpatient settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual therapy to assigned clients.
• Facilitate group therapy within the treatment program.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and assess progress.
• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with team.
