Turnbridge is a dual‑licensed outpatient psychiatric and substance use treatment facility located in New Haven, CT. Centered on evidence‑based practices, Turnbridge is recruiting for fully licensed Primary Clinicians with interest in treating young adults (18 to 25 years old) with co‑occurring disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or MFT)
• CT licensure in good standing as LMFT or LMFT-A
• BCBA certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Individual, Group, and Family Therapy.
• Leading group therapy sessions to provide a supportive environment for clients to work on their challenges, develop coping skills, and build social support.
• Utilizing evidence‑based therapies like CBT or DBT to address depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use disorders.
• Emphasis on interdisciplinary team work.
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing client needs and goals with evidence‑based therapies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of sessions, assessments, treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate effectively with other professionals and staff within the treatment setting.
