Job summary

Montesano Health and Rehab Center in Montesano, WA seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our compassionate team. You will deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse, including admissions, rounds, and medication administration.

We offer $40-$45 per hour with a $7,200 sign-on bonus for full-time, plus a $1,000 referral bonus. Shift is 2PM–10PM; benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have LVN/LPN licensure to practice in WA.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer use knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Salary Range: $40 - $45 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $7200 for Full-Time employment only

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have:

• LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
