Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. is seeking an LPN/LVN for full-time night shifts at the Newton County Sheriff’s Detention Center in Covington, GA.

This role supports intake processes and correctional healthcare with access to cutting-edge resources and our electronic operating system. You will document patient history and vital signs, participate in triage, administer medications, perform venipuncture and IV therapy, collect specimens, and transcribe orders.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Experience in patient history taking and vital signs.
• Ability to document assessments accurately and timely.
• Comfort with triage and basic clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take and document all patient history and vital signs.
• Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical procedures and examinations.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• Perform venipuncture and IV therapy.
