Job summary

NaphCare is hiring strong Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Full Time Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) at the Mobile County Jail in Mobile, AL. Join our team using cutting-edge resources and our award-winning electronic operating system.

This position includes a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus and a schedule of 12-hour shifts (3 days one week, 4 days the next), with every other weekend off. We provide comprehensive benefits and a commitment to correctional healthcare excellence.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in clinical or correctional settings is a plus.
• Ability to document vital signs and patient histories clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take and document patient history and vital signs.
• Assist with daily triage and exams and provide routine treatments.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Perform venipuncture and IV therapy as needed.
• Collect samples, specimens and cultures.
• Transcribe therapeutic orders accurately.
