Salary: $29.20 per hour

Annual Budgeted Amount: $35,682.40

Job Description

Nature of Work: Under the supervision of the appropriate School Health Nurse, this position makes nursing judgments and performs technical procedures within the scope of his/her practice/licensure to meet the health needs of students. Responsibilities may also include a variety of health tasks and clerical work in assisting students with special health requirements, to include lifting, positioning, transferring, and aiding in bodily functions.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Determined by the Maryland Board of Nursing under the licensing requirements for Practical Nurses.

Experience: None

License or Certification: Must possess a current license as a Practical Nurse from the Maryland Board of Nursing. Driver’s License Required.
